Eli "Bugern" Fletcher
Creator, Creative Director, Lead Concept Designer
Eli Fletcher is the studios main Creator, The Lead concept designer and inventor of the world of Thalion. Unconventionally trained Eli has a background in high school theater and audio dramas, but has always dreamed of bringing his world to life through animation. A concept creator who focuses on the development and early stages of pre production while directing the rest. The creator of the characters, story, world and ideas. The voice of Caleb Vanderhalt, Newarki and More.

Natasha Fletcher
Co-Creator, Assistant Creative Director - Art & Animation
Co-Creator, lead Concept Artist, and Primary Animator. Natasha is a self trained artist and animator, she represents the creative visuals of the series. The Voice and creator of the character Matila Straber.

Thompson "LogicalLunatic" Li
Assistant Creative Director - Tech & Outreach
Thompson Li, also known as LogicalLunatic, is a Voice Actor and Assistant Creative Director of Thalion’s Compass Studio. Outside the studio, Thompson is a University of Toronto student currently studying computer science. While at Thalions Compass, Thompson manages system architecture to support studio production and acts as a studio representative.
